Mid-Iowa Family Therapy Clinic, Inc. provides adoption services in accordance with the Department of Human Services' policy, Iowa Administrative Code, all laws governing adoption practices on a statewide and federal level, and in accordance with the principles guiding ethical best practices of the field, to ensure each child served has the best opportunity to achieve their goals of safety, permanency and well-being.
All adoption services provided by Mid-Iowa Family Therapy Clinic, Inc. identify safety risks for each child and family, and when appropriate, work to develop an appropriate safety plan to address those risks.
Services address the individual strengths and needs of each child, in the provision of all adoption services provided, and will consider the individual and family strengths and needs of each prospective adoptive family in the provision of services.
All staff are fully trained in the PS-MAPP process, applicable policy and laws that govern adoption services, as well as ethical and best practice principles.
Mid-Iowa Family Therapy Clinic, Inc. works to maintain continuity of family relationships and preserve connections for each child, whenever possible and appropriate.

- Therapy and counseling

- Behavior Management
- Post-placement services
- Adoption group services
